All the fun of the fair with produce stands, arts and crafts workshops and demos, live music, sideshows and a showcase of local young performers who have been working with Streets Alive. A great family day out, with plenty of activities for children.

Half Term Chinese Celebration
Fun things to make and do this half term on a Chinese theme - try out calligraphy, make a Chinese lantern, have a go at fan or ribbon dancing, or join in the exciting Kung Fu and Lion Dance.

Family Oral History
Your family story, told by people who know you well, may include events or experiences that happened before you were born but which helped to shape your life; it may explain to your descendants why they are the way they are. This is precious stuff.
This practical one day workshop shows how to set about a family oral history project and looks at what questions to ask, what equipment to use and exciting ways to present your finished material. It outlines potential pitfalls, examines current issues but most important of all it gives you practical hands on experience before you start your own project.

Talk and slideshow
Instead of cycling the usual 13 miles to work one day, Chris Smith kept on pedalling. Thirteen months later, he arrived in Beijing. In this talk Chris recounts the highs and lows of his gruelling 16,500 mile trip.

A 25 mile walk (with a 14 mile option) through undulating Shropshire and Herefordshire countryside, starting at Dinham Bridge.

Buffet meal and a free Hobsons beer available from 4pm at Ludlow Assembly Rooms.
