Ludlow Assembly Rooms is a lively arts and Community Centre with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. It is located in a restored 19th century building on the market square, in the heart of Ludlow.
There are a variety of rooms available for hire; all flexible spaces which, together with our bars and restaurant, provide the perfect venue for a wide variety of events, ranging from conferences and meetings to workshops and wedding parties.

Terms and Conditions of Hiring Rates
Prices are quoted per hour as
- Concessionary rates, applicable to non-profit making individuals and organisation
- Commercial rates, which apply to all profit-making organisations and public bodies
All prices are subject to VAT
Main Auditorium
Our largest space (15x10.5m) with raised stage and balcony, and maximum capacity of 300. The room can be organised in a number of ways, including seating in rows or completely cleared of chairs.
Prices start at £16.50 standard rate, £33 commercial rate.
Oscars
A large air-conditioned room (17.5 x 9m) which can be divided into two smaller spaces. Oscars has its own separate entrance, bar and toilets, making it the ideal room for parties, weddings, dances and discos as well as presentations, meetings, workshops and club activities.
The maximum capacity is 200.
Prices start at £10 standard rate, £16 commercial rate.
The Studio
A spacious room with sprung wood floor, natural light and a compact kitchen for self-catering. This room is ideal for meetings, lectures, dancing and club activities.
Maximum capacity is 100
Prices start at £10 standard rate, £18 commercial rate.
The Gallery
An intimate space suitable for small meetings or breakout sessions.
Maximum capacity 30
Prices start at £8 standard rate, £12 commercial rate.
Café Gallery
The wall space is available for hire to artists to mount exhibitions

Catering
Drinks, snacks and meals are available all day from our licensed cafe bar. A full catering service is also offered, and menus can be tailored to your individual needs.
