Box Office Ticketing Service
If you are organising an event and are wondering how to handle ticket sales, we can help out. Our Box Office is open Monday to Saturday, 10am-8pm, and our experienced staff can handle enquiries and bookings for your event, whether it's held at Ludlow Assembly Rooms or elsewhere.

Entry in our brochure
An entry in our brochure is highly recommended to publicise your event. Your event will also be included at no extra charge on our website.
Your event with brief description included in our regular ladder ads:
Weekly paper covers Ludlow, Tenbury + 20 mile radius. Circulation 7,000, readership:16,000 Inclusion in ad £22
Ludlow Journal/South Shropshire Star
The Ludlow Journal is a weekly. Its sister paper is the daily South Shropshire Star. Combined circulation: approx 14,000 Inclusion in ad £20
Free Monthly, widely distributed in the area and excellent for certain events eg live music gigs, theatre, dance, art. Inclusion in ad £15

Advertising in our brochure
Advertising in the Ludlow Assembly Rooms brochure is a cost effective way of reaching a large number of local people. Current advertisers include businesses, restaurants, hotels, schools and shops.
We publish three live events brochures a year, each in full colour and A5 format. These are mailed directly to 3000 customers and distributed to towns and villages within a 25 mile radius of Ludlow.

There is a variety of equipment available for hire.
Our main entrance is at the top of Mill Street, just off the Maket Square. For loading and unloading you may park in the loading bay outside our main entrance, but we do not have any private parking spaces.
Important note Once you have left the motorway you will be on country roads, and the driving is slow. Visiting companies consistently underestimate the time it takes to reach us, so to avoid a hectic get-in please allow plenty of extra time.
