Operations & Front of House Manager

Ludlow’s lively arts and community centre is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focussed individual with an interest in the arts and an ability to work flexibly.  You will take the lead on Front of House duties, ensuring the smooth running of the organisation during performances, maximise the letting of spaces in the building and ensuring that the building is welcoming, clean and meets all Health and Safety requirements.  This is a full time post and will include approximately four evenings per week.

Volunteer & Development Manager

£25,000 per annum for 40 hours per week

 

Ludlow’s lively arts and community centre is looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual who has experience of working with volunteers and undertaking project development.  This is a new post, funded for three years by the Esmee Fairburn Foundation to support the organisation as it goes through a transformation programme, working towards a sustainable future.
