Teachers and Groups

If you would like to bring a group but have transport difficulties, please contact us and we’ll do what we can to help out.

How to book

We are open 10am to 8pm daily to take bookings by phone or at the desk. On Sundays if there is no evening event, we close at 4pm. Box Office 01584 878141.

Accessible and Family Friendly

We have baby-changing facilities and plenty of room for pushchairs. Our café offers highchairs, baby-food, a bottle warming service and a children’s menu.
Support companions are welcome for free but need to book in advance.

Children's parties at Ludlow Assembly Rooms is a partnership between Tanith Kinton and Ludlow Assembly Rooms

You will be invoiced by Ludlow Assembly Rooms, payable on the day of the party. You can pay with cash, credit card or cheque (made payable to Ludlow Assembly Rooms)

A £25 non-refundable deposit is payable when you book your party, this will be deducted from your final invoice.
